convenient locationfriendly staffcomfortable bed
the location proved convenient, offering easy access to many attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions. i found the bed super comfortable and i had soft linens. the bathroom was great.
the room was small, i found limited space for luggage storage for longer stays.

the hotel sits right in the heart of the entertainment district. many restaurants and bars are steps away from the front door. public transport links are easily accessible, with several tube stations within walking distance, a great bonus.

prime spotstylish decorfriendly staff
The hotel boasts a prime spot, a short walk from many bars and restaurants. The room decor had a VERY stylish vibe and everything felt new. I stored my luggage with ease after checkout thanks to friendly staff.
The tv lacked many channels. It was a software issue.

The cosy room featured a large comfortable bed and a bathroom with a powerful shower. Big fluffy bath sheets and complimentary bottled water were nice additions (I loved them!). It was bijou but well-organized.

The hotel reception is through a cute bar area. It is a place to sit and watch the world go by. The man working at the café and bar during the morning shift was very friendly and chatty too. A croissant with coffee was a MUST.

The hotel is situated near theatre land, restaurants, bars, and shops, EVERYTHING is in walking distance. The Lyceum Theatre is a short walk away and Covent Garden is easily accessible. The hotel offers a great starting point for exploring.

Staff were helpful and friendly. They ensured a SMOOTH check-in process. Leaving my luggage after checkout was easy because of their help. The service was superb and added value.
